We offer standard, expedited, and express shipping through trusted carriers, including USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order total and selected delivery method. Orders over $50 qualify for free standard shipping.

Processing Times

Orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders placed after 4:00pm (EST - Eastern Standard Time, USA) will be processed on the next business day. During peak seasons or promotional events, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Time

Once shipped, delivery takes 5-7 business days (Monday to Friday).

Estimated Total Delivery Time: 7 to 10 business days from order date.

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors such as carrier delays, holidays, or weather conditions.

We use trusted carriers to ensure your order arrives safely, including: USPS, UPS, DHL Express, and FedEx.

Shipping Destinations

We ship throughout the United States, including Hawaii and Alaska. 

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your shipment using the provided link.

Shipping Damage and Issues

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage so we can assist with a replacement or a refund.

Returns and Exchanges 

We accept returns of unused, undamaged items within 14 days of delivery.

Customers are responsible for return shipping cost.

No restocking fees apply.

Exchanges are available for items of equal or lesser value. 

Tax and Compliance

Sales tax will be applied to orders shipped within Florida.

We adhere to all applicable shipping regulations for candles and flammable materials.
