Do you make everything in the shop?
All of our candles are handcrafted in-house by Moon Dust Curio. We also curate a selection of other treasures that align with our aesthetic and values. Product listings specify the maker.
What shipping options do you offer?
We offer standard, expedited, and express delivery. Orders over $50 qualify for free standard shipping.
How are shipping costs calculated?
Shipping fees are based on your order total and selected delivery method. Final costs will be displayed at checkout.
How long does it take to process my order?
Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days. Please allow additional time during peak seasons.
Where do you ship?
We ship across the United States, including Hawaii and Alaska.
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes! Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
Please contact us within days of delivery at info@moondustcurio.com and include photos of the damage for a prompt resolution.
Do you offer local delivery?
We offer limited local delivery within the St. Pete and Tampa Bay Area, depending on availability. Please get in touch with us before placing your order to ensure that local delivery is available for your location.
Is contactless delivery available?
Absolutely! Your order will be left at your door or designated area if local delivery is approved. We will notify you once delivery is complete.
When can I expect my local delivery?
Once confirmed, we aim to deliver within 2 business days, although delivery may take up to 5 days depending on volume and scheduling.
Please note: We do not offer customer pickup. Our workspace is not open to the public.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns of unused, unopened candles within 14 days of delivery. The items must be in their original packaging.
Are any items non-returnable?
Yes. The following items cannot be returned unless defective or incorrect:
Burned or used candles
Custom or personalized items
Sale items
How do I start a return?
Please email us at info@moondustcurio.com with your order number and reason for return. Once the return request is approved, we'll send you return instructions via email.
Who pays for return shipping?
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or sent in error. In such cases, we’ll provide a prepaid return label.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of receiving your return.
Can I exchange an item?
Yes, exchanges are accepted for items of equal or lesser value. Customers are responsible for any associated shipping fees.
What if I received a defective or incorrect item?
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We’ll send a replacement or refund at no extra charge.
Will I be notified during the return process?
Yes! We’ll email you once your return request is received and again when your return is processed.
What is Proposition 65?
Proposition 65 is a California law requiring warnings on products that contain certain chemicals known to cause cancer or reproductive harm.
Are your candles Proposition 65 compliant?
Yes! Our candles meet Proposition 65 standards and include clear safety labeling when required. You can enjoy our products with complete confidence in their safety and quality.
