Shipping Policy
Shipping Methods and Costs: We offer various shipping options including standard, expedited, and express delivery. Shipping costs are calculated based on your order total and delivery method. Orders over $50 qualify for free standard shipping.
Processing Times: Orders are processed within 2-3 business days. During peak seasons, processing times may be longer.
Shipping Destinations: We ship throughout the United States, including Hawaii and Alaska.
Order Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your shipment using the provided link.
Shipping Restrictions: We do not ship to certain remote areas. Our candles are packaged with care, but please note that we cannot ship to PO Boxes.
Shipping Damage and Issues: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days with photos of the damage for a resolution.
Returns and Exchanges: We accept returns of unused items within 14 days of purchase. Exchanges can be made for items of equal or lesser value. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Legal and Compliance: Sales tax will be applied to orders shipped within Florida. We adhere to all applicable shipping regulations for candles and flammable materials.
Local Delivery
Delivery Area: Delivery is only Available within the St. Pete area. For Deliveries in the Tampa Bay area please contact us for possible delivery options or visit our website for shipping information.
Contactless Delivery: For your safety and convenience, we offer contactless delivery. Our driver will leave your package at your doorstep or a designated area, and we will send a notification when your order has been delivered.
Delivery Timeframe: While we aim to deliver your order within 2 business days, please allow up to 5 for delivery. We will notify you if there are any delays.
Delivery Instructions: Please provide clear delivery instructions at checkout, including any special requirements for accessing your property.
Return Policy
Eligibility for Returns: We accept returns of unused and unopened candles within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in their original packaging. For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of candles that have been burned or used.
Non-Returnable Items: Custom and personalized candles, as well as sale items, are not eligible for returns unless defective or incorrect.
Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact us at moondustcurio@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return. We will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and provide return shipping instructions.
Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part. For defective or incorrect items, we will provide a prepaid return label.
Refunds and Exchanges: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned item. Exchanges can be made for items of equal or lesser value. Customers are responsible for any shipping fees associated with exchanges.
Defective or Incorrect Items: If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Provide photos of the issue and your order number, and we will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
