Refund policy
Eligibility for Returns:
We accept returns of unused and unopened candles within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in their original packaging. For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of candles that have been burned or used.
Non-Returnable Items:
Custom and personalized candles, as well as sale items, are not eligible for returns unless defective or incorrect.
Return Process:
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@moondustcurio.com with your order number and reason for the return. If return is approved we will send further instructions via email.
Return Shipping Costs:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part. For defective or incorrect items, we will provide a prepaid return label.
Refunds and Exchanges:
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned item. Exchanges can be made for items of equal or lesser value. Customers are responsible for any shipping fees associated with returns or exchanges.
Defective or Incorrect Items:
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Provide photos of the issue and your order number, and we will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost including shipping.
